This might be terrible advice, but I highly recommend a pet for depression and isolation in general. No, it won't cure your limerance, but it might give you some sense of nurturing. Dogs give unconditional love. My rabbit got me through some pretty bad times. Otherwise, I was just alone with my thoughts and emotions, which spiralled.
