My Current Situation

Post by Elmop3632 » Mon Jan 06, 2020 3:52 am

I'm hopeless. My parents think I'm a psycho. There's not much I can do about the LE mood swings. Maybe I should just admit to my parents about my LE sometimes, but I think maybe I shouldn't admit it.

It's a hard rollercoaster and I am mostly hopeless. This does morphe and reduce with time. It's easier to solve the issues when you are at a low than a high. I tried to explain to others with little luck. Trying to equate the feelings to a tangible addiction helped, but they dismiss it as a silly crush.

Yep that's pretty much it. Before I experienced it I didn't understand it either.

Umm. Don't tell your parents. From what I gather you don't have an ideal relationship with them.
Tell a trusted friend, or keep posting here.

Good point. I don't have friends so I guess I'll keep posting here then.

then you're doing it right. a lot of us can't even get the NC started. it's a very difficult process. can you tell your parents you have emotional problems and need to see a therapist?

posting here helps a lot, but finding real friends is even better.
