Played fine for my ISP and location in the States, David. As the command of the english language in this country has suffered since the last presidential election, I was grateful for the subtitles in the video.....

I was curious about the 'shopping around' aspect....I (still) would find it mildly offending to a physician for me to even propose my getting a second opinion from another doctor about a medical condition. With a therapist, I would have felt bad about telling my T that some things about him I found to be blocking to the therapy progress. So it's breaking down that stigma as well, of having the choice and feeling okay to 'feel comfortable' in finding a good fit for each of us.
