Why should lesbians have all the fun?
Because they know how to =))

The emotionally stunted ones :) (which is most of us ladies on here, I imagine)
At least the ones on here are working on their issues. šŸ˜€

I'll make a list for you but to be fair it is short because we really aren't that complicated.

1. Woman: means trouble.

The person she is looking for: Someone who can square up to her on every level because she wants a deep emotional connection and believe it or not, a strong physical connection will follow but only if the emotional connection exists.

What she really needs:Ā to have someone who doesn't want to save her.
Hm, I value ur point of view L-F. SOmetimes it is so simply eye-opening...

Im 1. and 6.

I KNOW THAT and I am not sure what should I do about it... Got a therapist... We are working on attachment issues, but still I think the progress is too slow. I also have no idea what about this hero thing... Both types are so close to me...

Moi?
Just number 1 to the max.
I just love booze and drugs. Finally affecting my health.
I reckon I would probably be reasonably empathic but I certainly wouldn't want someone like me with all those addictions.
Aw shit.Am I gonna die alone with my cat feasting on my forgotten corpse? 8-|

David and JohnDeux are good at explaining the hero concept. There are many posts made about it. If I find one I'll post it for you.

Lol @LostAgain... a cat makes for good company.

I love your optimism Ivanhoe.
Growth is painful, so my guess is some people prefer to remain hooked. It depends on the individual. Limerence can last a lifetime. Wouldn't surprise me if it could kill you too... I've heard of people dying from a broken heart. I wonder how many were limerent? I guess it's like any unhealthy addiction. You can break free... or not.

I was the Hero.
I've known for a while I got the white knight syndrome. Was always looking for someone to save. But I'm the one who needed saving. And the only person who could save me, was me.
Thanks for posting :)
