YES!! :-BD Empowering songs--that's what I'm talking about !
I love/d TLC . Did you watch the documentary about Lisa's last days? I've copied the links for others to listen.

TLC: No Scrubs:

Pussy Cat Dolls:

I'll dedicate a You Tube folder for inspiring and or uplifting songs which helped fight the limerbeast. Mine weren't as upbeat as I'd like to share and I'll come up with more fun songs. Mine were songs which help me focus on rational thoughts and reminding me why each LE wasn't meant to be.

JD: Thank you for adding your Tim Mcgraw song. Those darn country tunes get me crying way too easily. :((

There are so many triggers out there that we need to wipe out or avoid as much as possible.
The time of year and remembering LE this time last year has been difficult for me. It's a challenging one to avoid. But, I blocked my FB reminders after seeing a GNO picture from a year ago. I remembered our heated conversation and texts which started our radio silence. That flood of emotions was instantaneous, all because of a picture triggering the thoughts.

Most of my darn stations are play way too many trigger songs. I'm probably not the only one frustrated about that. So, keep 'em coming!

Stay strong!

I've heard of that documentary but I don't know if I can handle watching it to this day. A part of me died when she died. :(

"Better in time" by Leona Lewis. Awesome song.

I know this song might be "extremely angry and explicit" for some but I love listening to "F*** it, don't want you" by Eamon. It really makes me want to scrub LO from every pores of my body

This one's for those who may be feeling a little angry towards the big LE!

Oh I forgot about Last Night by P. Diddy and Keyshia Cole. Catchy but also said a lot of what I would've loved to say to LO at that time.
