Songs to help us move on and heal from limerence
Re: Songs to help us move on and heal from limerence
Burn the ships. And don't you look back!
I hope you live a life you’re proud of, and if you’re not, I hope you have the courage to start all over again.

Great song, Spin and those are some words of wisdom. I can very much relate. In the shadow of LE and other drugs, I see that I've been believing that I'm incapable of solving my problems. And I am. However, that is where God steps in and does the rest. I just have to let Him.

"My feel for you, boy, is decaying right in front of me - like the carrion of a murdered prey...."
I'm now limerence free! Mindfulness & Traditional spiritualism was my "cure".
"Being spiritual has nothing to do with what you believe and everything to do with your state of consciousness."

[Chorus]
Just take one step closer
Put one foot in front of the other
You'll get through this
Just follow the light in the darkness
You're gonna be ok
[Verse 2]
I know your heart is heavy from those nights
But just remember that you are a fighter, a fighter
You never know just what tomorrow holds
And you're stronger than you know, stronger than you know
Just take one step closer
Put one foot in front of the other
You'll get through this
Just follow the light in the darkness
You're gonna be ok
[Verse 2]
I know your heart is heavy from those nights
But just remember that you are a fighter, a fighter
You never know just what tomorrow holds
And you're stronger than you know, stronger than you know
"And in the end, we were all just humans…Drunk on the idea that love, only love, could heal our brokenness." ~ F. Scott Fitzgerald

Hi Spinnaker. Awesome song and art. I love it. I'm a big fan of Mark Knopfler.

There are sensations that are sleeps, that occupy like a mist the whole length of the spirit, that do not allow us to think, that do not allow us to act, that do not clearly allow us to be.
